Tasks & responsibilities may include: Housekeeping – keeping rooms fresh, clean, and welcoming Dining Attendant duties – serving meals, restocking, and looking after the dining hall Tavern Attendant service – pouring drinks and creating a great atmosphere Barista / Café service – keeping the caffeine flowing Mine site cleaning – offices, crib rooms, and ablution facilities Who We're After Friendly, reliable, and passionate about customer service A team player with a positive, adaptable mindset WA resident and Full Australian Working Rights, ready for 12-hour shifts (day or night) Comfortable with remote WA life and weather Committed to working safely and looking after each other At MinRes, we don't just offer jobs – we create careers, lifestyle, and opportunities.
