We're currently recruiting for an experienced Signalling Design Project Engineer to work with our client, a major rail operator, supporting the delivery of major signalling maintenance and renewal projects across Victoria.Please note that this is an initial 6-12 month contract with robust potential for extension.Roles and ResponsibilitiesReview and verify signalling designs, including concept, detailed and Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation, ensuring compliance with engineering standards.Coordinate signalling engineering activities, contractor deliverables and technical interfaces across maintenance and renewal projects.Conduct engineering investigations, provide technical advice and support design assurance and engineering governance.Manage project schedules, monitor engineering progress and support the delivery of signalling works.Attend site inspections, undertake engineering assessments and mentor graduate engineers where appropriate.Skills and RequirementsTertiary qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.Demonstrated rail signalling expertise,
