About the role
Facto is growing, and we're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent team — someone who wants to build a career in professional services recruitment, minus the sales.
This is a pure talent sourcing role.
You'll support our Senior Talent Partner in finding, engaging, and screening top candidates across our core practice areas — Project & Agile Delivery, Business Analysis & Product, and Quality Assurance.
No BD, no client sales targets.
Just great sourcing.
You'll work within a small, close-knit team where everyone pitches in.

What you'll do:
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal database/ATS
Support pipelining of talent across our Project Management, Business Analysis, and Quality Assurance capabilities
Help screen candidates on the phone for availability, right to work, salary expectations, and basic fit




Draft and post job ads across relevant channels
Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS
Support shortlist preparation for live roles
Help build and nurture talent communities for hard-to-fill and recurring roles
Nurture and maintain in regular contact with our existing talent
Who you are:
You've got some experience in sourcing or recruitment already — agency background is ideal, but not essential
You might be early in your agency recruitment career and looking to move into qualified services/consulting, with a focus purely on sourcing rather than sales
You're detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles at once
You're AI curious and keen to explore how it can improve and positively impact recruitment and talent processes
You're a genuine team player — no egos here, just good collaborators with a can-do attitude
You're open to learning and keen to grow your sourcing craft
Nice to have:
Experience sourcing for IT/technology roles
Exposure to an ATS (e.g. JobAdder)
Understanding of contractor vs. permanent engagement models
Strong LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean search skills
Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates and roles concurrently
