About The Role Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating workforce operations, leading a team of Service Coordinators and ensuring the delivery of secure, effective, personal and connected services to our clients.
You will play a key role in driving team performance, supporting service delivery, managing workforce planning and ensuring a positive experience for clients, service providers and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily workforce planning and team activities to support service delivery outcomes.Monitor workloads, productivity and performance to ensure responsiveness and a client-centred approach.Lead, coach and support a team of approximately 8-10 Service Coordinators.Assist with onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.Drive accountability and performance against operational KPIs.Support the delivery of excellent client experiences through coaching, guidance and quality oversight.Liaise with clients and service providers to coordinate services and resolve enquiries.Ensure client records, service information and system data are maintained accurately and in a timely manner.Identify and escalation client risks and wellbeing concerns in line with policies and procedures.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the team.

About You You'll be a supportive and customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service outcomes.
To be successful you will have: Experience leading, coaching or mentoring customer service or service delivery teamsStrong workforce planning, coordination and organisational skillsAbility to build & maintain positive team cultureExperience managing team performance and achieving operational KPIsExceptional customer service, communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in high-volume phone-based or service coordination environmentsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and other business technologiesThe ability to analyse information, solve problems and make sound decisionsExperience within aged care, community services, health care or human services will be highly regardedLeadership, community services or health-related qualifications will be advantageous.
