With clinics located across Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga, and more opening throughout the second half of the year and beyond, we are expanding our centralised team at our Box Hill Booking Centre.We are currently seeking a Medical Imaging Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth, compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.What will you be doing?
As the first point of contact via phone, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through their medical imaging journey.
You'll manage inbound calls, providing clear and compassionate communication while handling bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups across our Melbourne clinics.
Whether you're an experienced Medical Receptionist, or someone with strong contact centre experience looking to step into the healthcare sector, this role offers variety, support, and professional growth in a values-driven setting.Key Responsibilities IncludeHandling inbound calls and answering patient inquiries in a calm, professional mannerManaging patient bookings, rescheduling,
