This role focuses on technical leadership (non-people management) combined with strong hands-on operational support across IAM platforms.The candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, problem management, and platform stability and proactive service improvement while acting as a SME on key IAM technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership for IAM platforms (no people management responsibility)Drive solution design validation, troubleshooting support, and technical governanceAct as escalation point for complex IAM issues and integrationsWork hands-on on incidents, service requests,
