Full House Talent is a specialist recruitment and workforce solutions provider
supporting businesses across Australia.
We are currently managing the recruitment
process on behalf of our client, Flomar Pty Ltd, which is seeking an experienced
and organised Office Manager to support the day-to-day administrative operations
of its business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating office activities,
maintaining administrative systems and processes, supporting management,
managing business records, and ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative
services.
This position is responsible for overseeing office procedures, coordinating
administrative functions, and contributing to the smooth and effective operation of
the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities;
Develop, implement and maintain office procedures, systems and processes to improve operational efficiency;
Coordinate administrative support functions including documentation, records management and reporting;
Manage business correspondence, emails, filing systems and confidential records;
Support senior management with administrative tasks, scheduling, reporting and business coordination;
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements and internal communications;
Assist with financial administration activities including invoicing, expense tracking, accounts coordination and reporting;
Monitor office supplies, equipment and service providers, including procurement and supplier coordination;
Maintain employee records,



assist with onboarding processes and provide administrative support to staff;
Coordinate workplace compliance documentation, policies and administrative requirements;
Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations and business documents as required;
Liaise with clients, candidates, suppliers and external stakeholders to support business operations;
Support recruitment administration processes, including maintaining records and coordinating documentation;
Ensure office operations comply with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field;
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administration, office management or a similar administrative role;
Strong knowledge of office procedures, systems and administrative practices;
Experience managing business records, documentation and reporting requirements;
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
High level of attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business administration software;
Ability to work independently and effectively manage office operations.
