With a well-established reputation across hospital and clinical environments, they offer a premium portfolio backed by strong clinical evidence and ongoing innovation.With a clear growth strategy and continued investment in the Australian market, they are now looking to appoint a Product Specialist to manage a well-established VIC West territory.Reporting to the Head of Sales, your key responsibilities will include:Developing and managing key relationships across hospitals, including Infection Control, Nursing and Procurement stakeholdersProviding education and clinical support to drive product adoption and best practiceIdentifying and converting recent business opportunities while growing existing accountsSupporting product evaluations,
trials and implementations within key accountsAnalysing territory performance to identify growth opportunitiesThe successful candidate will have:Experience in medical device, consumables or pharmaceutical sales, or a clinical background with a desire to move into a commercial roleExposure to hospital environments, ideally with experience engaging multiple stakeholdersStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsA high level of resilience, drive and commercial acumenA proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine passion for improving patient outcomesMost of all, you will enjoy working in a clinically driven, fast-paced environment where you can make a tangible impact.
