SkillsThe ideal candidate is a motivated and caring dental professional who brings strong technical skills, a commitment to patient centred care, and a collaborative approach to supporting a busy Oral Health team.
You will be someone who:Delivers high quality clinical support, confidently assisting with procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring every patient receives safe and professional care.Shows reliability, adaptability, and initiative, thriving in a fast paced clinic workplace.Willing to travel across SWSLHD sites to support service needs when required.Communicates clearly and works well within a team, building trust with clinicians,



patients and colleagues while contributing to a positive, respectful, and efficient workplace.Selection CriteriaTo help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.Current Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or recognised equivalent), or current enrolment in the qualification, and demonstrated relevant experience in dental assisting.Willingness to travel across all SWSLHD clinics including Mobile Dental to provide relief is a requirement.Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment.
