Maintenance Support Administrator
Join a dynamic team supporting critical maintenance operations within a high-performing industrial environment.
Based in Garden Island you will support the project team with daily administration duties, playing a key role in enabling safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities




Taking Daily Minutes of meetingsManaging Access to GIOnboarding of new starters for project teamsSupporting Project Team of daily administration dutiesRaising of requisitionsProcess InvoicingDevelop Flow ChartsPrint weekly Schedules for the project teamRaise Work orders such as service requests
Your Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levelsConfident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookExperience providing admin support in engineering, manufacturing, or similar environmentsWell-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesIndustry experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil construction (highly regarded)
Prior to being offered employment, you will need to complete pre-employment police checks.
As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
