We have an opportunity for an experienced AHA to join our multidisciplinary team which covers the Hume and Whittlesea LGAs.
Some of the responsibilities for this role include:Assisting in the delivery of individualised, quality, treatment, screening and support programs with clients, carers and relevant stakeholders (home, outreach and / or centre- based)Assisting clinicians in the preparation and running of groups, which includes contacting clients on group/triage lists and preparing them for groupsEnsuring client file documentation supports the standards for documentation and the quality improvement requirements within the agencyMaintaining regular,
