Our client is a large, global software company looking for two Sales Development Representatives to join its growing North Sydney team.
This is a great entry point into tech sales for someone who already knows how to build rapport, work to targets, handle rejection and close customers - but wants stronger earning potential, structured training and a clear career path.
You do not need previous technology experience.
What matters most is your hunger, resilience and motivation to succeed.
The role
You will generate new business opportunities and book qualified meetings for Account Executives by:
Making around ****** outbound calls per dayEngaging prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedInAsking strong questions and identifying business needsHandling objections and building interestQualifying opportunities before progressing them to the sales teamWorking towards clear monthly activity and performance targets
You could be a great fit if you have experience in:




Retail sales and individual KPIsGym or fitness membership salesCall centre or phone-based salesOutbound sales in another industryCustomer-facing roles involving upselling, negotiation or closing
You will also bring:
