Life Without Barriers in Brisbane is seeking a part time NDIS Support Coordinator to coordinate and implement supports per each participant's NDIS plan using a person-centred approach.You will pick up an existing caseload and work 1:1 with clients across Brisbane, Toowoomba and Ipswich, with flexibility to work from home or a local office.
Probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and a Blue Card are required.
