Join our Retail team as an PM Transport Allocator supporting our Retail Transport operations based at Redbank, QLD.
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for transport allocations, route planning and dispatching metropolitan deliveries to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.
This position operates on a rolling four-days-on, four-days-off roster, with 12-hour shifts running from 2:00pm - 2:00am.
Key areas:Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationshipsMaintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirementsEnsure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact themParticipating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all timesAre you the one?

You can demonstrate:Experience in transport load planning, driver or fleet allocation is highly regarded, but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are keyIntermediate to advanced computer skills – experience with TMS is highly regardedStrong geographical knowledge of QLD metro and surrounding areasDemonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and highly efficientExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat's in it for me?
