Our mission is to help clients protect their property assets, ensure safety compliance, and enable long‐term sustainability.We provide cost‐effective, end‐to‐end building consultancy solutions to infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects, ensuring every building is inspected with care, compliance, and precision.Key responsibilitiesVisit residential sites across Sydney to conduct thorough unit inspectionsComplete detailed reports using mobile software (ConnectTeam,
SafetyCulture)Identify compliance or structural issuesCommunicate professionally with unit occupants when requiredFollow safety and reporting protocols set by the teamSupport the office with day‐to‐day administrative tasks when not on site, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing reports, scheduling inspections, and assisting with other general office duties as requiredWhat you'll needValid Australian driver's licence and access to reliable transportationBackground in engineering, construction, or property inspection (or relevant studies)Native English speaker, with solid communication skillsPrevious customer service experience and confidence interacting with residents, tenants, and building managersLocated in or around SydneyOwn smartphone (laptop provided by the company)Comfortable using field software tools like ConnectTeam and SafetyCultureWillingness to support administrative duties in the office as part of a collaborative team environmentNice to haveExperience with strata or residential inspection standardsWhat we offerFull-time salaried role — $55,000 per annum + superImmediate start — training and workwear providedHybrid role based in Pyrmont, SydneySupportive team environment with opportunities for growthRegular work functions including lunches and activitiesOffice located next to public transport, cafes, parks, Sydney seafood market
