The Role We are seeking a Digital Engineer to support the successful delivery of digital engineering outcomes across major infrastructure projects.
Working closely with project and engineering teams, you will coordinate digital models, manage project information and help drive innovation through the effective use of BIM and digital engineering technologies.
This role is ideal for a technically capable skilled who is passionate about technology, data and improving project delivery through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage digital engineering and BIM deliverables across projectsPerform model audits,



validation checks and coordination reviewsFacilitate clash detection and issue resolution processesSupport interdisciplinary model federation and stakeholder coordinationAssist project teams with virtual design reviews and digital workflowsManage digital models and information within project platformsSupport data exchange processes and information management protocolsDevelop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools using Power BIContribute to continuous improvement, innovation and automation initiativesMentor and support less experienced team members where required About You Degree qualification in Engineering, Digital Engineering, Construction, BIM or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceExperience working in a Digital Engineering, BIM Coordinator or similar roleStrong knowledge of engineering design, modelling and documentation platformsExperience using tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, BIM 360, ProjectWise or similarUnderstanding of model coordination, federation and clash detection processesKnowledge of ISO ***** and digital engineering standardsExperience supporting digital delivery on large-scale construction or infrastructure projectsAbility to manage information exchange and data interoperability processesPower BI dashboard development experience will be highly regardedProgramming, automation or digital innovation capability will be advantageous Diversity and inclusion We recognise that we are strengthened by diversity, and we embrace differences as an equal opportunity employer providing a flexible and inclusive workplace.
