About the Role
In this rapid-paced and collaborative workplace, you'll deliver patient-centred care in a non-traditional setting - leveraging telehealth and digital case management systems to provide critical support when it matters most.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing telephonic clinical advice to travelers experiencing health concerns abroad
Managing end-to-end medical assistance cases, including assessing reports and coordinating care globally
Collaborating with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Contributing to continuous improvement and digitally enabled workflows
What You'll Bring
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience
Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, APLS highly regarded)
Strong clinical judgement with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment
Professional and empathetic telephone communication style
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends




Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days in the Brisbane office)
