You will provide operational oversight to ensure a smooth, secure, end-to-end donation experience and lead a frontline team.Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, you will coach staff, manage shifts, and uphold our high safety and quality standards.
The Fixed Term Full-Time role offers a starting rate of $47-$53 per hour, with penalties, superannuation and salary packaging.
