OnDeck is looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead and develop a team of Loan Specialists supporting their growing broker channel.This is more than just another leadership role, it's your opportunity to help scale a high growth fintech while driving strong customer outcomes, operational excellence and team performance.What You'll Be Doing:Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Sales Specialists across the broker lending channelSupporting the team with complex loan scenarios, escalations and application challengesDriving team productivity, application turnaround times and service standardsConducting regular one-on-ones, coaching sessions and performance check-insManaging deal triage and ensuring high priority applications are progressed efficientlySupporting brokers and internal stakeholders through escalations and complex conversationsWorking closely with Sales Ops, Credit and Sales teams to improve workflows and operational efficiencyMonitoring KPIs, quality standards and team performance metricsHelping improve Salesforce workflows, automation and operational processesSupporting onboarding, training and capability uplift across the teamCreating a positive,
