This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of key business systems while providing technical support across a diverse stakeholder group.In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for platform support, managing service requests, investigating production issues and driving system improvements.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance, including Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), while contributing to the ongoing optimisation of enterprise applications and data management processes.Key RequirementsManage and resolve service requests,
