Play a key role in delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments for a leading Sydney property developer with a strong and growing pipeline.
Our client is a leading Sydney-based property development and construction group delivering high-quality residential, mixed-use and build-to-rent projects that shape great urban communities.
With an expanding pipeline across NSW, they are seeking a driven and capable Site Engineer or Project Engineer to join its growing construction team.
This role offers the opportunity to work across significant developments while building strong technical, site and stakeholder management experience.
Reporting to the Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects from construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to their quality standards.
Years of Experience:
3 – 10+ years
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Project Delivery & Site Coordination
Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of construction worksManaging subcontractors, suppliers and consultants on siteMonitoring construction programs,



procurement schedules and project milestonesReviewing construction drawings, shop drawings and technical documentationResolving technical issues and contributing to value engineering initiatives
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Overseeing quality control across site activitiesEnsuring compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory requirementsSupporting site safety systems, inspections and reporting
Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination
Supporting project reporting, progress claims and cost trackingBuilding robust working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersAssisting the Project Manager with day-to-day project administration as required
Qualifications and Requirements:
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline2–5+ years' experience in a Site Engineer or Project Engineer roleExperience across residential and/or mixed-use developments highly regardedStrong understanding of construction methodologies and site operationsSolid knowledge of Australian building standards and WHS requirementsExcellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skillsProactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSydney construction experience preferred
