ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Merchandise Manager & Buyers in the sampling approval process,
including fittings and approvalsBriefing new ranges to suppliers for developmentMaintaining effective relationships and regular communication with local and offshore suppliersAssisting with weekly trade analysisManaging and tracking the sample process, critical path, production schedules and freight timelinesDrawing and maintaining product CADs and range booksSupporting the product team with administrative needs Sample management, including organising samples for Campaign shoots, Marketing and VMWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in a Product Coordinator, Buyers Assistant, Production Assistant or Supply Coordinator role is preferableQualification in Fashion and Textile is advantageousDenim experience is advantageous Proactive, motivated and likes working in a fast‐paced setting Have great attention to detail and works well under pressureHigh level of productivity and efficiencyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBe a collaborative team memberWork for an international company within iconic Australian brandsGenerous staff discount and access to our sample salesCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkEngage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth
