We are seeking a hands-on Employment Hero Implementation Consultant to lead the configuration and rollout of the HR and Recruitment modules.
You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, develop an implementation roadmap, and configure the system using industry best practices.

Description
Lead the implementation of Employment Hero HR and Recruitment modules
Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions
Develop a Scope of Work and implementation roadmap
Configure workflows, approvals, onboarding and recruitment processes
Review current processes and recommend best-practice improvements
Support system testing, user acceptance testing and issue resolution
Deliver training and knowledge transfer to key users
Provide go-live support and implementation guidance
Profile
Previous hands-on Employment Hero implementation experience




Robust understanding of HR and Recruitment module functionality
Experience configuring workflows and system settings
Ability to gather requirements and document solutions
Knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes quickly
Experience developing implementation plans and process documentation
