About the RoleYou will be the main point of contact for clients and managers on site.
You will coordinate and lead a team of cleaners, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the training and induction of new staff and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Working pattern: Monday to Friday - 3pm to 9pmHoliday entitlement will be accrued on a pro‐rata basis in line with weeks worked.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the clients' and managers' main point of contact on siteCoordinate and drive a team on site, while completing core cleaning duties with the teamSupport the manager with the training and induction of recent staff, and the completion of training recordsLead by example when completing tasks, following the safe systems of work and method statementsEnsure all cleaning tasks are performed to a high standardConduct regular inspections to maintain quality controlManage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and maintained in good conditionAddress any operational issues or challenges that arise, finding effective solutions to maintain smooth operationsIdeal CandidateYou must have the right to work in the UKDemonstrable people skills or experience coordinating a teamExperience cleaning in a similar environment or transferable skills, knowledge, and understandingUnderstanding of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and Health & Safety compliance on similar sites/environmentsExperience in training and inducting colleaguesStrong communication skills,
