About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join John Flynn Retirement Village, Burwood East (VIC) as a Personal Care Worker.
This is a part-time role within our High Care unit with 3 PM shift pattern opportunties avaialble.
Option 1. Wednesday - Friday - **** to ****
Option 2. Thursday - Saturday - **** to ****
Option 3. Thursday - Saturday - **** to ****

In this role you will:
Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families
Follow our resident's individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for mum and dad
Use the latest technology - including our own purpose-built care app myRyman
Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a great team environment
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:
Certificate III/ IV in Ageing Support or Certificate III in Individual Support
A minimum of 12 months of Age Care experience
Kindness in your DNA
Strong empathy
Outstanding communication skills
A reliable, friendly and professional style
