We're pretty lucky that, at Mosh & Moshy, this is the norm rather than the exception.The roleWe're looking for an experienced, hands‐on IT Operations Manager to make working at Mosh & Moshy feel seamless.You'll own the day-to-day IT experience across the business, ensuring our people have the tools, access and support they need to do their best work.
From onboarding new starters and resolving technical issues to managing devices, access and office technology, you'll be the go‐to person keeping our internal tech running smoothly.
This is a hybrid Sydney-based opportunity.This role blends responsive support with continuous improvement.
You won't just fix problems as they arise—you'll identify recurring issues, improve our systems and processes, and work closely with People & Culture, Engineering and Security to support a secure, well‐governed internal environment.What you'll doAs our IT Operations Manager, you'll:Act as the first point of contact for internal IT support across hardware, software, system access, connectivity and toolingTroubleshoot and resolve issues across macOS and Windows devices, SaaS platforms, networking and peripheralsSupport office‐based technology, including meeting rooms, printers,



security systems and other network‐connected devicesEscalate more complex issues to external vendors or Engineering partners when requiredPartner with People & Culture to deliver smooth and welcoming onboarding and offboarding experiences for all employeesOwn joiner and leaver IT workflows, including provisioning laptops, peripherals and system access, as well as coordinating access removal, device recovery and equipment handoversManage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, deployment, repairs and replacementsMaintain an accurate asset register and inventoryAdminister MDM tooling such as Jamf, Kandji, Intune or similarManage user access across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and JiraApply the principle of least privilege and follow security best practices when managing systems and accessPartner with Engineering and Security on access controls, audits, device posture, internal security tooling and the implementation of policies such as MFA, password management and device standardsSupport technology and compliance requirements relevant to a regulated healthcare and data privacy environmentManage relationships with external IT vendors and managed service providersCreate and maintain clear internal IT documentation, checklists and knowledge‐base resourcesIdentify recurring issues and implement practical, preventative solutionsContinuously improve our systems, processes and overall employee IT experienceWhat you'll bring5+ years' experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration or a similar roleStrong experience supporting macOS environments, with Windows experience considered a plusHands‐on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Kandji,



Intune or similarFamiliarity with common SaaS ecosystems and identity and access managementExperience managing devices, user accounts, permissions and IT assets throughout their lifecycleA strong understanding of practical security principles, including MFA and least‐privilege accessThe ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and take ownership in a rapid‐moving environmentA calm, methodical and customer‐focused approach to problem‐solvingClear communication skills and the ability to support people with varying levels of technical confidenceStrong attention to detail and a track record of following issues through to resolution*Experience in a startup, scale‐up, healthtech, fintech or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.Why Mosh & Moshy?
