The Salvation Army Australia is seeking an Initial Assessment & Planning Worker to be the first point of contact for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at risk.
You will provide compassionate intake, assessment, information and advice, helping clients understand options and access the right supports and services.Based in Geelong, VIC, this is a fixed-term full time position contracted for 12 months, reporting to the Team Leader.
