providing operational management and allied health clinical leadership to the Child Development service.About YouOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Demonstrated high level knowledge of contemporary Community Paediatric service delivery with the ability to integrate evidence based knowledge into practice.Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team utilising the principle of contemporary human, financial and material resource management.Demonstrated high level oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate equitable and effective engagement with staff and internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership for service planning and service improvements for Community Paediatric services across the continuum of care.Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership for the development of qualified standards for Community Paediatric practice in West Moreton Health.Mandatory RequirementsAppointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia.
