Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance for Australia, you will own the end-to-end accounts payable service for the Australian business, while working closely with AP colleagues across the SEAA region to provide broader support and coverage as needed.
This is a great opportunity to build deep AP expertise within a fast-paced, high-volume finance function, gain regional exposure, and develop the skills needed to progress within A&M;'s finance team.How You Will ContributeAs Accounts Payable Executive,



you will be responsible for:Processing all vendor invoices and ensuring appropriate approvals have been obtainedEnsuring all costs are posted to the correct GL code and relevant SBU(s)Onboarding new vendors and performing all relevant checksManaging all vendor and staff expense payments as well as intercompany transfers, ensuring deadlines are met and payments are made from the correct bank accountDaily matching of all bank payments in AgressoReconciling all vendor statementsPosting reclassification journals as requiredCommunicating key payments to project teams, EAs and Office ManagersWorking closely with EAs, Office Managers and GESS staff to educate and provide training/assistance on A&M;'s AP processesQualifications2-4 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or broader finance administrative roleConsistent high attention to detail and accuracyExposure to high-volume, fast-paced finance teamsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesAbility to self-manage based on standard business AP cycles and provide input to improve processesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate to senior members of the businessProactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solvingFamiliarity with SAP (Concur and S/4 HANA) would be beneficialYour journey at A&MWe; recognize that our people are the driving force behind our success, which is why we prioritize an employee experience that fosters each person's unique professional and personal development.
