The Prospect

/n

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our Medical APAC Supply Chain team and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time for healthcare professionals and patients across the region. This is far more than a forecasting role.
You'll operate as a strategic business partner, influencing commercial decisions, driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and helping senior leaders navigate risk, opportunity and growth across a complex and fast-moving healthcare environment.

Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain leaders, you'll transform data into actionable insights, improve forecast accuracy and drive decisions that directly impact business performance and customer outcomes. What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical analysis, commercial insights and cross-functional inputs

/n

- Lead demand planning processes and Executive Demand Review meetings to align stakeholders on a consensus demand plan

/n

- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to support strategic business decision-making

/n

- Provide forecasting insights, scenario analysis and risk assessments to senior leaders

/n





- Represent Demand Planning within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process

/n

- Support new product launches, portfolio transitions and lifecycle planning activities

/n

- Drive continuous improvement across forecasting processes, reporting, analytics and planning tools

/n

- Lead cross-functional projects that improve supply chain performance and business outcomes

/n/n

Who You Are Required Qualifications

/n

/n

- Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline

/n

- 4-6+ years' experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or related functions

/n

- Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, planning processes and supply chain principles

/n

- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and/or Power Platform

/n

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead executive-level discussions

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

/n

- Experience working across complex, cross-functional business environments

/n

- Fluent English communication skills

/n/n

Preferred Qualifications

/n

/n

- Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare or other regulated industries

/n

- Exposure to global organisations and matrix environments

/n

- Knowledge of Oracle Demantra, i2, Demand Solutions or similar forecasting platforms

/n

- Statistical modelling, data analytics or business intelligence experience

/n

- Experience supporting large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives

/n/n

Work Flexibility

/n

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location.

/n

Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based.

/n

Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category.

/n

Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
