Overview

/n

The Investment Manager is responsible for driving negotiation outcomes in line with client KPIs and ensuring that negotiated value is implemented as agreed. As a valued member of the team, you will also drive and enhance our agency's culture of "Never Standing Still."

Your Scope Will Include

/n

/n

- Work with the Investment Director to develop an investment approach that meets client KPIs.

/n

- Collaborate with the Planning & Activation team to ensure we have clear briefs for all investment activities and challenge them according to your knowledge of the media marketplace.

/n

- Advocate for Publicis product offerings and determine when they are best deployed for clients.

/n

- Maintain strong, genuine relationships with media partners.

/n/n

What type of person will be successful in this role

/n

/n

- 4+ years' experience preferred.

/n

- Strong negotiation skills.

/n

- Knowledge of how a media agency operates and extensive insight into media suppliers.

/n

- Clear communication of information and ideas to individuals and teams.

/n

- Advanced knowledge and experience with tools such as TARDIIS, Fusion, Asteriod, Nielsen, MOVE, SpectraMD, TVMap.

/n

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and engaging with clients when required.

/n

- Some experience guiding and developing a team.

/n

- Attention to detail.

/n

- Problem‐solving and out‐of‐the‐box thinking.

/n

- Collaborative team player.

/n

- Strong time‐management and multitasking abilities.

/n

- Organised and proactive.

/n

- Curious and committed to continuous learning and growth.
