Peoplebank are recruiting for a Senior Implementation Consultant (Software) to join their SaaS Fin Tech client, based in Sydney on a permanent, on‐going basis. Whilst this is a hybrid role, some travel to client sites is part of the role. You must hold full Australian work rights (no sponsorship available).

Our global client has a strong Australian presence, and is currently looking for someone to join their team specialising in the Education sector, so we are especially interested in people with a background in implementing a range of SaaS / finance / ERP / payroll systems into the higher education sector.

/n

Working closely with the end clients and the internal PM on project discovery, implementation, change management, and overall knowledge transfer, you will specifically be responsible for:

- Working collaboratively with teams and customers around the globe to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions

/n

- Ensure the best possible customer experience by providing product best practices, system training, support, and business process / change management expertise

/n

- Develop and maintain product documentation (in partnership with product management and engineering), providing internal knowledge transfer and support for other teams.

/n





- Conduct remote and in‐person training and/or testing sessions for client super users and adopters of our enterprise software suite of products

/n

- Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders

/n

- Contribute to an creative culture and customer experience every day

Here's What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- 5+ years of experience in Higher Education (student finance a bonus)

/n

- Knowledge of Education ERPs like Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday

/n

- Excellent client‐facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)

/n

- Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software is preferred

/n

- Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical minded customers

/n

- Understanding of the broader payment processing industry

/n

- Ability to travel (approx. 15% travel to client sites and for internal meetings)
