Job Description

How you'll make a difference

/n

We are hiring for an experienced Senior Systems Specialist with strong capability in data modelling, dashboard development, reporting architecture and data integration across major projects and programs.

/n

This role will help improve how we structure, integrate and visualise project controls, project management and broader program data to support consistent reporting, real-time decision-making, benchmarking and future automation. The successful candidate will be hands‐on in Power BI and related data tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions and reliable data models.

- Create robust data models and reporting architectures to enable integrated dashboards, consistent reporting and real-time decision-making.

/n

- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models that provide clear visibility of project, program and portfolio performance.

/n

- Integrate data across various systems, including bulk data migration, APIs, structured reporting environments and cloud-based data sources, to enhance visibility, consistency and control.

/n

- Support the development of scalable reporting structures, including data flows, datasets, measures, access controls and reusable reporting components.

/n

- Support improvements in data quality, reporting consistency, source control and documentation to improve confidence in project and program reporting.

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Advanced hands‐on experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models and reusable reporting components.

/n

- Strong skills in DAX, Power Query / M, SQL and data transformation.





/n

- Experience with APIs, bulk data migration or structured data integration is highly desirable.

/n

- Working knowledge of contemporary data engineering practices, including data pipelines, cloud data platforms, dataflows, warehousing or lakehouse concepts.

/n

- Ability to understand business processes, gather requirements and translate them into clear reporting and data solutions.

/n

- Familiarity with project controls, project management, commercial, schedule, risk or performance data is highly desirable.

/n

- A proactive approach to improving data quality, reporting consistency, workflow efficiency and future readiness for automation and AI‐enabled tools.
