Position Overview

Located in Wollondilly, Campbelltown or Camden, this role is responsible for delivering high‐quality residential valuation reports for a diversified asset portfolio and for managing client relationships to meet annual budget targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate residential valuation reports.
/n
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure smooth outcomes.
/n
- Manage business opportunities and achieve personal annual budget goals.
/n
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
/n
/n
- Degree in Business (Property) or an equivalent qualification.
/n
- CPV status with significant experience in residential valuation.
/n
- Strong attention to detail, excellent report‐writing and analytical abilities.
/n
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
/n
- Exceptional communication and business‐development abilities with an established client network.
