Specialist Cardiac Physiologist / Echocardiographer

Salary range: $96,000 – $110,000 base salary (1 FTE) plus super & quarterly KPI bonuses.

We are looking for a Cardiac Sonographer (Echocardiography) to join our non‐invasive testing team in Queensland. In this role you will deliver a patient‐centric echocardiogram service throughout metro and regional QLD within primary health settings, hospitals (inpatient and outpatient), radiology and cardiology outpatient clinics.

What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Offer a tertiary‐level echo service in a range of clinical settings throughout metro and regional Queensland using a state‐of‐the‐art portable and non‐portable (GE) US unit and cloud‐based technology.

/n

- Supervise and develop the skills of junior Echocardiographers during their training.

/n

- Build productive and effective working relationships with satellite partners.

/n

- Report directly to the Clinical Services and Resourcing Lead for echocardiography and work closely with our team of cardiologists.

Who You Are

/n

/n

- Hold a post‐graduate qualification in cardiac ultrasound and current registration with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).

/n

- Confidently undertake best practice delivery of a wide range of echocardiography procedures independently across a variety of clinical settings.

- Be highly mobile, working a hybrid of metro Brisbane clinics and nights away in regional areas to offer a patient‐centric service.

/n

- Embrace fluidity and flexibility in your working week to optimise non‐invasive testing service delivery across metro, regional and remote sites.

/n

- Hold a current Australian driver's licence.

/n/n
