As Team Leader – Child and Youth Mental Health Service, you'll help young people and families access high-quality mental health care. Working with a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide leadership that strengthens services and delivers meaningful outcomes for the community.

Here's What Will Help You Thrive In This Role

- Relevant professional registration, or eligibility for registration, within your discipline.
- Experience in mental health practice, including assessment, care planning and risk management.
- Proven leadership skills, including team development and service improvement.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Youll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in mental health or leadership and/or experience leading multidisciplinary services.
