Job Description

NBN Co ltd. is seeking a Workforce Change Consultant for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the Sydney area.

You will drive workforce change initiatives from design through delivery, using data and insights to shape operating models and organisational structure to support business outcomes. You will partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement strategic people programs across the employee lifecycle, fostering inclusion, engagement and continuous growth.
