Description:

- We are is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Sales/Account Leader to drive the launch and national expansion of a groundbreaking marketing and yield management product within the restaurant space.
/n
- In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of contractor sales representatives operating in a "startup-style" environment. You will be the driving force behind the product's rollout, responsible for maintaining high execution momentum and ensuring the team successfully transitions our restaurant partners to this new demand-generation tool.

- This is a fast‐paced role for a leader who excels at operational discipline, performance coaching, and delivering results in a high‐activity environment.

Key Responsibilities3>

- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve venue sign-up goals. You will manage the team's lifecycle, including hiring and onboarding replacements to maintain headcount as required.
/n
- Performance Management: Set and enforce daily ac vity targets (outbound calls, meetings) and weekly sign-up metrics to ensure consistent momentum across the team.
/n
- Coaching & Development: Drive con nuous improvement through daily stand‐ups, 1:1 coaching, and rigorous pipeline reviews. You will utilize meeting recording tools to analyze call quality and lift conversion rates.
/n
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape market‐specific go‐to‐market plans and lead local initiatives, such as "blitz days," to accelerate market penetration.
/n
- Hands‐on Execution: Drive sales activities from the front,
supporting the team in the field and on the phones to maintain a culture of urgency and performance.

- Pipeline & Repor ng: Maintain excellence in sales opera ons, using CRM and tracking tools to manage pipelines and report performance metrics to the broader business.

- Product Rollout: Execute the strategy for rolling out this new product across Australian markets, refining the sales playbook based on real‐time feedback.
/n
- Partner Engagement: Personally engage with marquee partners—including restaurant groups, catering firms, and event venues—to secure early adoption and build market credibility.
/n
- Product Feedback Loop: Act as the primary link between the field and senior leadership, providing partner insights that inform product iterations and improvements.
/n/n
What You'll Need
/n

- Proven Sales Leadership: Significant experience (6+ years) managing B2B sales teams, specifically within the Hospitality, Catering, Events, FMCG or Marketing Tech industries.
/n
- Launch Experience: A track record of successfully bringing new products or services to market and iterating quickly based on market response.
/n
- High-Velocity Execution: You are a leader who prioritizes activity. You are comfortable in environments that require high outbound engagement and rapid pipeline growth.
/n
- Coaching Mindset: Experience using data and sales tools (like call recordings and CRM analytics) to mentor staff and improve team performance.
/n
- Industry Exper se: A solid understanding of the operational needs of restaurant and catering partners, specifically regarding demand generation and marketing ROI.
/n
- Adaptability: You thrive in ambiguity and can pivot strategies quickly as the product evolves and the market responds.
