Job Description

AMP group is seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to shape and optimise customer experiences across AMP's digital assets, including AMP.com.au and mobile apps. You will turn customer insights into intuitive journeys, partnering with Product, Marketing, Technology and CX teams to drive experimentation and growth.

You will lead discovery, establish design standards, and embed customer‐centred practices to deliver measurable outcomes.
