Role Summary
/n
Our Client is seeking a Construction Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of capital and asset maintenance sealing projects across Western Australia and South Australia. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution aligned with operational goals, stakeholder expectations, and profitability targets.

Customer & Organization

- Maintain strong engagement with sealing teams, subcontractors, and site-based stakeholders to ensure alignment from planning through completion.
/n
- Provide technical, planning, execution, and client liaison support throughout the project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.
/n/n

- Support site execution under the direction of a Project Manager, focusing on safety, sealing works, asset maintenance, and timely delivery.
/n
- Follow project plans and sealing methodologies to meet performance expectations.
/n
- Engage stakeholders continuously to ensure successful execution and alignment throughout all site activities.
/n
- Deliver sealing projects in compliance with construction methodologies, HSE standards, asset maintenance plans, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
/n
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets defined specifications.
/n
- Identify risks and opportunities early, ensuring stakeholder visibility and proper mitigation or implementation plans.
/n
- Promote continuous improvement and challenge existing processes to add value for Our Client and its customers.
/n
- Maximize project profitability by adhering to timelines and resource plans without compromising safety.
/n
- Support project controls through cost estimates, forecasting, progress tracking, risk identification, and reporting.
/n
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent.
/n
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project development and delivery within a contractor environment.
/n
- Proven commitment to a Safety-First culture.
/n
- Solid leadership experience, particularly managing small teams in remote or site-based settings.
/n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence across all levels.
/n
- Experience with asset management and preventative maintenance systems.
/n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly for reporting and planning.
/n
- Relevant experience in sealing projects or sealing storage systems.
/n
- Experience or exposure to agriculture-related projects.
/n/n
Other Requirements

/n
- Frequent travel and camp-based site work within WA and SA is required.
/n
- Occasional interstate or international travel may be necessary.
/n
- Flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
