The role acts as a critical bridge between deep technical innovation and commercial value within the CustomerX digital service tribe. Based in a hybrid model in Surry Hills, you will lead the definition and delivery of AI‐driven solutions that improve customer and team experiences.

What you'll do

- Serve as the bridge between technical possibilities and real‐world business value, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the product vision.

/n

- Assist the product team in building and maintaining a high‐quality backlog that maps each requirement and user story to the broader product strategy.

/n

- Partner with Data Scientists to evaluate AI use cases and determine how Generative AI or Predictive Analytics can solve high‐value customer and team friction points.

/n

- Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and solve the most valuable problems through innovative digital solutions.

/n

- Translate complex needs into high‐quality user stories, incorporating personas and acceptance criteria to ensure features are testable.

/n

- Formulate detailed technical user stories for AI integrations, focusing on how APIs deliver real‐time data to models to personalise the customer and team journey.

- Ensure all collaborative decisions provide the targeted outcome for the customer, the business, and the Tribe's mission.
