Partner Solution Architect – Microsoft
/n
Join Microsoft's partner ecosystem to drive growth and enable customers with Azure, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 solutions. In this role, you will act as a deep technical SME for partner technical teams, supporting product strategy, integration, and commercial marketplace.

Responsibilities
/n
/n
- Guide Solution Development & Activation – lead development and activation of recent or enhanced partner offerings aligned with Microsoft Cloud priorities.
/n
- Empower Innovation – run technical innovation workshops, briefings, and envisioning sessions to accelerate adoption of emerging technologies and shape partner offerings.
/n
- Strategic Sales Enablement – activate transformational deals by providing architectural guidance, resolving technical blockers, and enhancing solution design.
/n
- Champion Technical Excellence – guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof‐of‐concepts, and MVP builds, ensuring solutions follow Microsoft best practices.
/n
- Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Management – build long‐term engagements with strategic partners and influence adoption of Microsoft technologies.
/n
- Partner Enablement & Business Acumen – coach partner technical teams for pre‐sales, deployment, and consumption, translating technical concepts into business value.

Partner Centricity

- Build and expand relationships with customer and partner architects, C‐level technical decision makers, and business stakeholders.
/n
- Act as the bridge between TDMs and business decision makers,
surfacing and synthesizing technical requirements.
/n
- Demonstrate solutions through design collaboration sessions and proof of concept.
/n
- Drive partner feedback, insights, and resources across territories.
/n
- Identify strategic opportunities, launch deals, and orchestrate solution utilization pipeline growth.
/n
- Provide technical pre‐sales support, clarity on complex opportunities.
/n
- Leverage market intelligence to lead initiatives addressing competitive landscapes.
/n/n
Technical Leadership
/n
/n
- Lead and assemble virtual teams around technologies and partner challenges, sharing ideas and strategic input.
/n
- Demonstrate industry knowledge and drive recognition for Microsoft solutions through external engagements.
/n
- Connect gaps across business and technology areas, driving improvements to technologies and processes for scalability.
/n
- Proactively identify gaps, communicate them, and prioritize through governance.
/n/n
Required Qualifications
/n
/n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations,
software development, or architecture.
/n
- OR master's degree AND 3+ years of technical consulting/selling or product development experience.
/n
- OR equivalent experience.
/n
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement at large‐scale or global engagements.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build‐to‐consume engagements with partners.
/n
- 6‐10+ years in technology IP solutions or services development, deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud platforms, and emerging trends like generative AI and SaaS.
/n
- Strong background in Microsoft cloud offerings (Azure, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365).
/n
- Minimum L300 knowledge of Kubernetes, Dev Ops and Git Hub as a developer platform, and AI services application development.
/n/n
Preferred Qualifications
/n
/n
- 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies and related fields.
/n
- 6+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, or consulting.
/n
- 4+ years customer‐facing experience and 4+ years technical projects experience.
/n
- Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google, security).
/n/n
