Aastha Community Services is seeking a Service Manager in Western Australia to oversee daily delivery of NDIS disability services and supervise coordinators and support staff. You will ensure participant supports are delivered safely, in line with NDIS standards, and manage onboarding, funding utilisation and audits.

You will collaborate with leadership to maintain governance, drive continuous improvement and respond to complex participant matters with qualified, calm leadership.
