We're looking for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to drive marketing campaigns, elevate brand presence and lead a talented in-house creative team.
/n
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping how the business connects with customers across digital, print, events and sales channels.
/n
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine commercial thinking with creativity, working closely with senior leaders to deliver marketing that makes an impact.
/n
What you'll be doing
/n
/n
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse brand portfolio
/n
- Oversee the creation of digital, print, social media and event marketing
/n
- Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Coordinators and Creative professionals
/n
- Partner with senior stakeholders to bring marketing ideas to life
/n
- Champion brand consistency across every customer touchpoint
/n
- Improve marketing processes, systems and campaign delivery
/n/n
About you
/n
/n
- 5+ years' experience in a senior marketing or brand leadership role
/n
- Experience leading marketing campaigns across multiple channels
/n
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
/n
- A commercial mindset with a creative eye for detail
/n
- Confidence working in a quick-paced, multi-brand environment
/n
- Experience within industrial, construction, equipment hire or another B2B industry will be highly regarded.
