This leadership role is responsible for participant onboarding, staff recruitment and onboarding, compliance management, quality assurance, record management, and supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.

The successful candidate will work closely with participants, families, support workers, and management to ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.
