St John of God Subiaco Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Day Surgery team in a 46-bed DOSA and Day Surgery Unit offering preoperative and postoperative care across Cardiology, Orthopaedic, ENT, Vascular, Gynaecology, Plastics and General Surgery.

The role is permanent part time (72 hours per fortnight) and focuses on clinical governance, patient safety, and operational leadership to achieve quality benchmarks and patient experience targets.
