We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full‑Time Assistant Centre Director to join our team at Mini Masterminds Leichhardt (32-place centre).

About The Role
As Assistant Centre Director, you will work closely with the Centre Director to support the day-to-day operations of the service while maintaining the highest standards of education and care.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will mentor and support educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and help drive a positive team culture. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre and lead the service in the Centre Director's absence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Centre Director with the daily operations of the centre
- Lead, mentor, and support educators to deliver high-quality education and care
- Foster a positive,
collaborative, and inclusive team culture
- Build robust relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Support compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
- Assist with staffing, rostering, and centre administration
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement processes
- Lead the centre confidently in the absence of the Centre Director

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Previous leadership experience within an Early Childhood Education setting
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for mentoring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
