Job Description

The Circuit Protection, and Controls (CPC) Division at Eaton Electrical reflects a long tradition of creating solutions that enhance electrical safety, reliability, code compliance and effective power distribution in alternative energy, commercial, industrial, and mining operations.

These include circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters, fuses, and fuse holders.

We are looking for a Senior SIOP Planner and Analyst to support planning, forecasting, data management, reporting and analytical activities to support strategic and operational decision‐making. The successful candidate will work with cross‐functional teams to translate data into insights, identify risks and opportunities, and improve overall business performance.

This position will involve mentoring junior analysts and influencing senior stakeholders, reporting to the ANZ Supply Chain Manager.

Key Duties

/n

/n

- Support SIOP Execution Excellence across ANZ (Lead short‐, mid‐, and long‐term planning and forecasting processes).

/n

- Develop demand, capacity, financial, or operational plans aligned with business strategy.

/n

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

/n

- Track performance against plans, budgets, or KPIs and explain variances.

/n

- Partner with leaders across functions (e.g., Sales, Operations, Product Manager, Aftersales service).

/n

- Present findings confidently to leadership and influence outcomes.

/n





- Maintain and enhance data health across core systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.

/n

- Support the optimization and enhancement of ERP system, planning tools, and BI models used for planning and analysis.

/n

- Forecast Accuracy, OTD, SLOB, DOH, Safety stock.

/n

- MRP Data Accuracy and Compliance.

/n

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

/n/n

Qualifications

/n

/n

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SIOP role preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG setting.

/n

- Advanced data analysis, ERP and visualization tools (Power BI, SAP); IBP is preferred but not mandatory.

/n

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.

/n

- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

/n
