The Opportunity

/n

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a portfolio of social housing and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects.

/n

You will take full ownership of end
-to-end project delivery

- from pre-construction and procurement through to completion
- ensuring outcomes are commercially disciplined, technically robust and socially meaningful.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of social housing and SDA projects

/n

- Establish and maintain disciplined cost, program, risk and reporting controls across multiple projects

/n

- Manage AS-based head contracts, variations, EOTs and commercial risk with confidence

/n

- Build trusted relationships with government, client, consultant and authority stakeholders

/n

- Mentor Project Coordinators, Contract Administrators and Site teams, embedding consistent standards and behaviours

/n

- Drive a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the portfolio

/n

- Support resource planning,



sequencing and performance reporting to ensure predictable outcomes

About You

/n

/n

- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager within construction

/n

- Robust working knowledge of AS-based contracts, regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements

/n

- Commercially astute, with disciplined approaches to cost control, forecasting and risk management

/n

- Confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders and provide clear, balanced advice

/n

- A leader who coaches others, raises standards and builds systems that endure
