We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Leading Hand – Electrical to join our highly skilled team and take on a critical role in managing workshop operations. About Your Role

/n

/n

- Lead and support a team of electrical tradespeople in a collaborative and safety‐first environment.

/n

- Plan and deliver projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation.

/n

- Prepare quotes, inspection reports, and work plans to ensure smooth project execution.

/n

- Manage resources, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines and safety standards.

/n

- Mentor and develop team members to help them grow and succeed.

/n

- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of innovation.

About You

/n

/n





- Experience in a Leading Hand or Foreperson role, ideally in an industrial or workshop setting.

/n

- A strong commitment to safety and experience with risk assessments.

/n

- Knowledge of AC/DC motor rewinds and flameproof motors (AS 3800).

/n

- Ability to plan and manage projects, including quoting and inspections.

/n

- A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others.

/n/n

Qualifications & Skills

/n

/n

- Current QLD Electrical License (required)

/n

- Relevant Trade Certificate

/n

- Experience with industrial electric vehicle component overhauls (advantageous)

/n

- HVNL Load Manager training (preferred)

/n

- Proficiency in or a willingness to learn systems such as SAP.

/n

- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
